Randi Speaks...And No One Basically Listens

I recently received a tape where Randi Weingarten went on for 38 minutes about changes she proposes.
Someone ought to remind Ms. Weingarten that she works for the teachers. She never mentioned anything in her speech about recalcitrant children who disrupt classes on a daily basis.
Ms. Weingarten, you are receiving 3 pensions for the limited services you have performed. Isn't it time you started looking out for teachers?
Why aren't you proposing the return of the 600 school concept for unruly children? Why not work-study programs for older, disruptive children?
You must be living on Mars when you call for committees to analyze teacher lesson plans. You can have the best lesson plans in the world, but if there are disruptive recalcitrants around, forget the lesson. Naturally, you and your cohorts don't realize this due to the limited time you all spent in the classroom.
When your term ends, you should be made to return to the classroom and work under the conditions that you have created. For sure, this would be a close encounter of the worst kind.
